Geography Teacher required for a Secondary School in Huddersfield

Hays are working with a secondary school in Huddersfield that is looking to recruit a Geography Teacher.
Your new role
- The role is to commence as soon as possible and will operate full-time on a temporary basis until the end of the Academic Year, as a minimum.
- You will be required to plan and prepare all lessons, differentiating between pupil ability.
- You will also mark and assess all work, ensuring that pupils are progressing in line with their target grades.
- You will be developing and delivering Geography across both KS3 and KS4.
- You need to create a learning environment where pupils feel confident asking for support and ensuring all students are driven towards high achievement.
What you'll need to succeed
- It is essential that you hold a teaching qualification with QTS and have experience of teaching Geography to KS3 and KS4 in the UK.
- You must be able to commence the role ASAP and commit to the full duration of the assignment.
