After successfully securing a £45million investment to fuel our ongoing growth and to further invest in our AI products, we are hiring for a Partnerships Manager. You will be working directly with our Clients, Sales and Professional Services teams.
The Partnerships Manager EMEA will be responsible for managing the existing partner network as well as build out a new partner eco-system that is mapped to the global channel and alliances strategy. The ultimate goal is to increase revenue through our three models of Partner Sourced, Partner Assist and Partner Resell.
What you'll be doing: Partnerships Manager
* Leverage existing relationships within the partner organization to develop deep and trusted advisory relationships and net-new deal leads generation.
* Jointly create and support long-term business plans with new partners that will result in mutual value creation.
* Develop strategic goals with your partners that are mapped to the global and regional scorecards.
* Build quarterly business plans with all existing growth and enterprise partners, set defined goals and track against these goals at QBRs.
* Contribute to the EMEA ARR target through all three partner models: Partner Sourced, Partner Assist and Partner Resell.
* Support Napier.ai tracking of opportunities and ensure data quality into HubSpot.
* Work between Napier Sales team, Client Solutions Managers and Partners to drive collaboration that will identify and create well-qualified opportunities for your colleagues to engage and support throughout the sales cycle; assist when needed.
Do you have what it takes?
* You must have 3-5 years of experience in a partner account manager role and in-depth AML/KYC experience.
* Experience of working in key markets and a network of contacts in UK & Ireland, Continental Europe and MENA.
* It would be great if you had another language: French, Danish, Spanish, or German.
* Experience of working with Software (Integration), Services (SI), Alliance (Resellers) and GTM partners.
