This pivotal role ensures the seamless operation of a vibrant workplace, combining exceptional organisational skills with a flair for coordination and discretion. The Role As the first point of contact for visitors and general enquiries, you will be a friendly and professional point person. Beyond this, you will: Oversee the day-to-day management of the office, coordinating building changes and ensuring compliance with regulations. Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new employees, making them feel welcome and prepared. Organise travel arrangements for the team both international and national. Plan and deliver memorable events for both clients and employees. Support the leadership team with ad hoc projects, operational duties, and special initiatives. About You A natural self starter Previous facilities experience as well as experience of supporting senior leadership teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
