Sales Administrator Rugby £27,000 to £30,000 Basic Salary Bonus Our client a leader in their field is now seeking a Sales Support Administrator to support in the development of new partners to ensure the continued expansion of the UK market The role involves direct contact with all members of the sales administrator team, field based sales team, other office and warehouse colleagues along with the Directors. Contact daily with many distributors, major national companies and some family businesses Key Roles and Responsibilities Being the first point of contact with customer, (telephone calls and emails) offering excellent customer service Processing orders/quotations Answering product questions, advising on product features, pricing and availability etc Resolving general customer queries, escalating to Team Leader if necessary Account managing existing customers Daily invoicing Monitor time critical orders, relaying information on any delays Other general administrative tasks Product knowledge t be gained through internal training Point of contact for customers re invoice queries The ideal candidate will possess the following experience. B2B Administration, Account management or Support background. Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills and work within a small, fast paced company. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Proficient in Office 365/Excel. Confident communicator both internally with the team and externally with your managed accounts. Proactive, organized, great time and work-load management to prioritize tasks and actions. Experience with working within the software industry desirable but not essential.
