Our client based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join their well-established team on a temporary basis. Supporting the distribution and coordination of stock, liaising closely with the warehouse and export team to ensure everything is running smoothing and efficiently.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Liaising with the warehouse, distribution, shipping and carriers departments
* Arranging import and container deliveries Providing administrative support
* Processing Goods in notes
* Inputting data onto the CRM systems
* Using Microsoft Word and Excel packages
* Maintaining and developing relationships with suppliers Administration and data processing
Key Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience of working on Microsoft packages
