Due to an exciting pipeline of study awards, we are looking to appoint a Senior Account Executive, Translations.
The Senior Account Executive role is a customer oriented professional with a strong results-driven approach. The overarching goal of the Senior Account Executive role is to manage and curate relationships and opportunities with existing clients and build them into long-term profitable ones.
Key Responsibilities
* Under the direction of the Sr Associate Director Agency Operations and Client Engagement and the relevant discipline manager, the Sr Account Executive role will manage the relationships between the clients, vendors, and Innovative Trials to ensure the smooth running of the assigned accounts/projects.
* The Sr Account Executive will support Patient Recruitment & Retention programmes for defined projects, including support development of study materials from study start up to translations set up and file maintenance and tracker completion
* Training and supporting new staff
* Where required, the Sr Account Executives will support across the other disciplines during leave or busy periods
* Management of projects including some financial responsibilities
* Management of third party vendors
Detailed responsibilities
Client and vendor management:
* Under the guidance of the relevant Manager, the account executive will be responsible for preparing the client and/or vendor meeting agendas, as well as taking, filing and distributing.
* Identifying and escalating performance issues with clients and/or vendors
Project Management:
* Be responsible for preparing reports in the defined time frame
* Ensure timely and accurate tracker completion
* Ensuring full file maintenance and tracker completion
* Review of copy ensuring compliance to all necessary regulatory/client requirements
* Management of medical writing, artwork development, website, digital campaigns and animations
* Oversee retention item selection, translations, and printing and shipping of materials where needed
* Generate/review study or program KPIs
Profitability Management
* Identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies within the unit and across the company
* Budget management including but not limited to;
* financial forecasting on a study/program level
* client invoicing
* obtaining vendor quotes
* creating task orders
* requesting budgets / drafting change orders for review
* approving pass through invoices
* identifying out of scope requests
Problem solving
* Input into creation of copy, artwork, websites, digital campaigns, retention item selection
Specialist Responsibilities by discipline:
Client & vendor management
* Production/filing/distribution of translation vendor agendas and minutes where applicable
* Good understanding of processes across translations
* Participation in translation vendor oversight meetings and feedback on performance.
Project management
* Support translation process including but not limited to:
* Filing and timely and accurate tracking of received documents
* Supporting QC allocation and completing Q
* Review of bilingual tables
* Creation of country specific Master English documentation according to local customs.
* Compile submission packs required by client for EC/IRB submission.
* Review EC/IRB feedback if necessary and make required amends based on feedback; record feedback in the Country Pedia for continuous learning.
* Support/manage printing and shipping process when required
Profitability management
* File maintenance and tracker completion
* Budget management including but not limited to;
* Approving translation vendor invoices
* Obtaining translation vendor quotes
* Translation vendor task orders

Key Skills/Attributes/Education
Desired:
* Degree or higher in a biological science, or experience in materials development for patient recruitment, clinical research or health communications, or relevant marketing/design experience
* Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and oral
* Ability to multitask, managing a variety of projects simultaneously, and experience working with numerous stakeholders on multi projects
* Proficient in using Google Workspace is desirable but not essential
