Organize and maintain client files, contracts, and other legal documents. Assist with preparing case materials and legal paperwork. Coordinate meetings, hearings, and appointments with clients and external parties. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Assist with managing legal calendars and tracking deadlines. Support legal research and data entry as needed. Profile Previous experience in a legal administrative role preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
