Job Responsibilities
The Secondary Tutor will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to secondary school students. Duties include:
1. Planning and delivering engaging lessons
2. Assessing student progress
3. Adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs
4. Providing feedback to students
5. Creating learning resources
6. Maintaining accurate records of student performance
Minimum Requirements
A relevant teaching qualification
Experience working with secondary school students
Strong understanding of the secondary school curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire students
Effective time management and organisational skills
Additional qualifications in a specific subject area or special educational needs (SEN) experience
