Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 (Basic Salary) - Dependant on Experience, & Company Vehicle

Your Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing queries and ensuring their concerns are handled effectively.
Work closely with site teams to minimise disruption and create a safe, supportive living environment.
Proactively communicate with residents to ensure smooth access arrangements and build strong relationships.
Manage the Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites.
Represent the company at client and resident meetings, ensuring high levels of service and engagement.
Act as an escalation point for complaints and disputes, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.
Keep project records updated in the on-site database.
Arrange and lead resident consultation sessions to provide updates and gather feedback.
What Youll Need
Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or a similar customer-facing role within social housing, construction, or maintenance.
Strong understanding of planned maintenance projects for internal and external works.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and IT skills.
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle complaints and concerns professionally.
A proactive and organised approach, with a commitment to ensuring a positive resident experience.
