The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and construction of veterinary clinics from inception to completion. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of high-quality facilities. The Project Manager will coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

22. Oversees and directs construction projects from conception to completion for numerous projects of varying sizes across the portfolio.
23. Develops project management processes for internal teams.
24. Coordinates communication and execution with all internal teams (operations, marketing, accounting, etc.).
25. Reviews the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
26. Coordinates and directs architects, general contractors and vendors.
27. Reviews work progress on daily basis.
28. Prepares internal reports pertaining to job status.
29. Negotiates terms of agreements, drafts contracts and coordinates permits and licenses.
Requirements
1. Needs to sit on the West Coast (remote).
2. Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
3. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
4. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
5. Familiarity with construction management software packages.
6. Ability to plan and see the “big picture.”
7. Leadership management skills.
8. Excellent attention to detail.
9. Excellent time and project management skills.
10. BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field a plus.
