Network IT is looking for a Service Desk Analyst for one of our clients. This role is based in Shrivenham and is designed for individuals with hands-on experience working in a Service Desk environment who enjoy engaging with clients and customers. This is a shift-based role covering days, nights, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
1. Excellent customer service communication skills (both verbal & written)
2. Ability to obtain Government Security Clearance (SC) with no restrictions
3. IT support skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
5. Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Server
6. Active Directory and User Account management
7. General knowledge of basic software installation and network hardware (Desirable)
8. General knowledge of desktop computing
9. Ability to troubleshoot technical support issues
