Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing basic to intermediate level desktop installation, configuration, support, and troubleshooting services. The candidate should be hardware proficient and hold accreditations from Lenovo and HP vendors for break-fix support. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for software installations and configuration within an existing desktop infrastructure or pre-designed project and should be familiar with current Microsoft desktop Operating Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide basic to intermediate level desktop installation, configuration, support, and troubleshooting services.
• Offer simple fixes and resolve known errors for desktop support.
• Demonstrate hardware proficiency and hold accreditations from Lenovo and HP vendors for break-fix support.
• Perform software installations and configurations within an existing desktop infrastructure or pre-designed project.
• Maintain familiarity with current Microsoft desktop Operating Systems.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in desktop installation, configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
• Accredited by Lenovo and HP vendors for hardware break-fix support.
• Familiarity with current Microsoft desktop Operating Systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
