Job Title: Assistant Depot Manager
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Day Shift
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Join a leading national company specialising in, Plant, and Powered Access hire. Our client, renowned for their exceptional service and extensive fleet, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Depot Manager to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Enquiries: Handle hire enquiries via telephone, email, and online ordering system.
Machine Availability: Monitor and update machine availability statuses in the system.
Coordination: Work closely with engineering and transport teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of equipment.
Communication: Serve as a friendly and helpful point of contact for depot enquiries, ensuring effective communication with colleagues and customers.
Management: Working Closely along side the depot manager, being the main point of contact.Qualifications and Experience:
Industry Experience: Prior experience as a Senior Hire Desk Controller or Depot Manager in Plant, Powered Access, Tool, Lifting Equipment or Material Handling industries.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
