Main duties of the job Record accurately all admissions, transfers and discharges on the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system in a timely fashion, as to ensure patient flow and safety. You will be required to use EPR to input, retrieve and update patient records daily. To deal with telephone enquiries and report any complaints/concerns/compliments to the Supervisors and Ward Manager. Be responsible for creating, updating and maintaining patients notes within the ward. To arrange outpatient follow up appointments by sending inpatient discharge summaries to the relevant department for patients by using EPR, email and or post.
