Head of People / Head of HR
Nottingham (Hybrid – 3 days office)
Circa £80,000 + long term benefits
We are recruiting for a newly created Head of People / Head of HR position that will focus on the creation and development of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures for a fast-growing, fintech business with an international presence. The company has long-term plans to increase its services, teams, and offering in the next 5 years so it's an incredible time to join.
In the role, you'll manage a range of HR projects from building the HR foundations for the company to creating the company culture. You’ll get to flex your creativity; strategic skills work closely across the business strengthening relationships with the relevant stakeholders and departments. You’ll be a part of the SLT and report directly to the CEO.
There are short to medium goals to achieve focussed on creating HR systems, processes, and culture of which we will want to hear your ideas. You will also build your HR team.
Key Areas of focus:
HR Business Partnership
* Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and implement HR best practices that align with the companies’ mission, values, and strategic goals.
* Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and guidance on all HR matters
