About the Property
Main Building: 44 bed luxury hospitality driven residential nursing care, set over 7 floors, catering to residential nursing care, memory care, respite, and rehab/recovery.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Consult with each Member and their families to identify social and recreational requirements according to likes, dislikes, abilities, and personal preferences.
2. Ensure the lifestyle care plan for each Member is in place within 2 weeks from the date of admission and regularly reviewed.
3. Liaise with staff and relatives regarding the care of Members and beneficial activities.
4. Produce a monthly, weekly, and daily programme of activities and social events, ensuring it is advertised within the home and communicated to all Members.
5. Liaise with relatives and staff regarding special individual requirements such as birthdays, anniversaries, cultural and religious festivals.
6. Familiarise and connect with key community groups and businesses that can contribute to the care home.
7. Regularly assess the effectiveness of the social events and activities programme.
8. Work as an active team member to ensure the highest standards of care are achieved.
9. Undertake any reasonable request that facilitates the resident's right to choice, dignity, and respect.
10. Carry out any other task that may be reasonably assigned.
Eligibility
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
