We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Management Specialist to work within a primary school in East Grinstead, supporting children in Year 4 with SEN.

Your Responsibilities
* Implement and uphold the school’s behaviour management policies, ensuring consistency and fairness.
* Work closely with Year 4 pupils with SEN, providing tailored support to address challenging behaviours.
* Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions to promote social and emotional development.
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to create and implement individualised behaviour support plans.
* Contribute to the development of strategies that enhance the overall school environment and inclusivity.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Behaviour Management Specialist or in a similar SEN-focused role.
* Strong understanding of SEN-related behaviour management strategies and their practical implementation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with children and staff.
* A proactive, solution-focused approach to addressing behavioural challenges.
* Familiarity with the UK education system and SEN frameworks is advantageous.
