Job Description As the first point of contact for our colleagues and visitors, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and professional running of the Reception Desk. You'll deliver a high-quality, welcoming service that reflects the Carnival UK brand and values. With your excellent organisational and communication skills, you'll play a key part in creating a positive and efficient working environment for everyone. This role is classified as CUK14 and is available on a full-time 5-month fixed term, basis. Desirable but not essential: - Organise and maintain requests for company ID cards - Use Access Control system, to produce visitor/staff access passes and update records. - Review and maintenance of Access Control system ensuring accuracy, i.e. joiners, leavers, etc - Pre booking visitor requests utilising Visitor Management system, to include checking in and out of all visitors. - Proactively handle queries from internal and external stakeholders through face to face, phone or email communication - Switchboard and call handling Why Join Us?
