Your new companyOur client is a well-respected international law firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join their credit hire department. As this is a supervisory position, you will be required in the Birmingham office more often than not to help with the development of team members. Depending on level of experience, there may be the option for hybrid working. Your new roleThis Defendant Credit Hire Team Leader will see you undertake annual performance reviews to assess overall performance, progress against objectives, behavioural compliance, development and career progression. You will be part of the induction process for new supervisors and ensure regular reviews. Successful applicants will communicate internal and external SLAs and KPIs to the team, ensuring the highest standard of work is delivered to a number of large insurer clients. Other responsibilities will include absentee management, motivating the team, and collective achievement of financial targets. What you'll need to succeedYou should be a qualified solicitor or CILEX, but those qualified by experience will also be considered. Previous team management and/or supervision experience is essential. Applicants must also have strong litigation experience in personal injury and preferably in defendant credit hire.
