Full-Time SEN Wellbeing Tutor – Towcester/Silverstone Area Teaching Personnel is working with a Partnership School looking for a full-time SEN Wellbeing Tutor to join their team. This role supports students aged 11-16 with Special Educational Needs (SEN), focusing on their academic, social, and emotional development. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support for pupils, fostering engagement and progress. Plan and deliver high-quality lessons to support learning. Work with the school’s SLT to meet pupils' emotional wellbeing and educational needs. Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. Assist with behaviour management and implement Behaviour Support Plans. Supervise pupils during break and lunch, promoting positive interactions. Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding practices. Requirements: Experience working with children/young people with SEN. Ability to drive and transport students if needed. GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or equivalent). A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable students and improving their wellbeing.
