Pay: £12.31 per hour
Position: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Winnersh, RG41 (Just a 3min drive from Winnersh Train Station)

Who Will I Be Supporting?
Here at Dimensions, we support a variety of adults with learning disabilities and autism to live independantly in their own homes. Empathetic support workers with good initiative and an upbeat attitude would be a wonderful match.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Ensuring Safety: Conduct regular checks to ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night.
- Promoting Rest: Provide emotional reassurance to help residents maintain healthy sleeping patterns.
- Night Support: Assist with personal care needs during the night, including bathroom assistance and changing clothes if necessary.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of activities and any incidents that occur during the night
Flexible Shift Patterns
- Waking Night Shifts: 9:45pm - 7:15am
Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
