Hours: 08:00 - 14:00 & 16:45 – 21:45.

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing essential support and care to our clients. Your role will include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, companionship, and light household duties, helping to make each day a little brighter for those in need.

Job Description
• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with daily activities to promote independence and well-being
• Prepare and serve meals according to individual preferences
• Engage in companionship, offering social interaction and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean, safe environment
• Document care activities and report any changes in clients’ conditions
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold Home Instead’s standards of care
Qualifications
* A genuine passion for caring and helping others
* Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
* Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
* Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
* Must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to undergo a DBS check
* A valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle
