About Us:
We provide innovative soundproof office pods that create quiet, distraction-free work-spaces for businesses and individuals. Our solutions help teams work more efficiently by reducing noise and enhancing privacy in busy environments. As demand grows across European markets, we’re looking for a dedicated team member to support our German-speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle German & Swiss phone calls & web chats
2. Assist with admin tasks (booking travel, document management, project updates)
3. Update CRM systems & send Trust-pilot review requests
4. Complete booking forms (full training provided!)
5. Hours: 5 days a week, 8am – 1pm or 9am – 2pm
6. Location: Office-based – Beaconsfield
What We’re Looking For:
1. 1-2 years of relevant experience
