* Monday to Friday 0930hrs - 1730hrs
* Remote/ Hybrid working
* £55,000 - £65,000 plus commision & company car
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Responsibilities
* Generate new business in line with agreed financial targets.
* Work with prospective and existing customers to devise and sell Forwarding solutions.
* Manage the overall process of customer enquiries.
* Report business development progress weekly to the COO.
* Conduct market research and gain market intelligence sufficient to develop a pool of business opportunities.
* Identify, assess and report opportunities for growth and development via new customers, new routes and new services
Skills
* Self-starter who can use their initiative and can adapt to various situations
* High drive to deliver excellent customer service
* Highly organised with a willingness to learn and develop
* Strong team player
* Strong verbal/written communication.
* Good telephone manner
