We are looking for an enthusiastic clinician with experience of working with people with Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities and/or Autism. You will be looking for a post that allows you to innovate, grow, and develop services within a structure that provides support from across the local system.
The post-holder will work alongside and support the Manchester Care Group management team, inpatient services, and the local CMHTs (Community Mental Health Team) during a period of significant transformation to establish robust and sustainable processes and service responses to meet the needs of those people using mental health services that have a diagnosis of Learning Disabilities and/or Autism.
The post-holder will need to establish a pragmatic and solution-focused approach to the work which will ensure that the Manchester Care Group is meeting both the National and Local objectives and targets in relation to people with Learning Disabilities and Autism. There is both a strategic and operational focus to this role, which offers the post holder the opportunity to gain excellent skills and experience across system leadership, strategic planning, and operational management while maintaining their clinical practice skills.
