We’re looking for a Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of a portfolio of strategic and regulatory change projects within the Network and Information Systems space. You’ll act as the key link between stakeholders, project teams, and Subject Matter Experts—ensuring business requirements are fully captured, scoped, and delivered.
You’ll work alongside Project Managers to drive clarity, manage scope, and ensure business readiness, while making sure the right artefacts are delivered and approved at each project stage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver business analysis activities across multiple concurrent projects
• Work with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on business needs
• Facilitate workshops, gather and document requirements, and ensure alignment with project scope
• Support planning, governance, and estimating activities
• Identify and escalate risks, blockers or scope changes as needed
• Ensure delivery of all relevant artefacts including impact assessments and readiness documentation
• Track timelines, resources and support Project Managers to stay within tolerances
• Drive business readiness and ensure all required activities are completed pre-implementation
• Maintain strong relationships across technical, operational, and regulatory teams
What You’ll Bring:
• Experience delivering business analysis across a portfolio of projects in regulated or complex environments
• Skilled in requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Confident in challenging scope, identifying gaps, and supporting change control
• Good understanding of project lifecycles and business change principles
• Experience working with mixed teams of contractors and permanent staff
• Ability to work independently and escalate appropriately when required
Desirable:
• Knowledge of Network and Information Systems (NIS) regulations
• Experience in the energy or infrastructure sector
• Familiarity with operational environments and delivering both technical and business change
• BCS (ISEB) Business Analysis qualification or equivalent
This is a great opportunity to work on critical business change with real impact. If you’re ready to get stuck into complex projects and support meaningful outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.
