Our client is a consultancy that provides a security service, conducting assessments and surveys while building long-standing client relationships. They need another sales and retention advisor to join their team and arrange renewal assessment visits for existing clients, call lapsed clients, and respond to incoming inquiries that need booking in. The role is mainly outbound calling with a focus on client relationship building and keeping in touch. There is a monthly bonus for achieving assessment visit targets, which is very achievable.
Responsibilities include:
* Liaising with customers daily over the phone and email
* Arranging appointment visits for assessors
* Keeping the CRM data up to date
* Scheduling workload on the CRM system
* Liaising with the scheduling team to pass on the booking information
Skills & experience:
* Previously worked in a sales role where targets have been met.
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm & Friday 9 am to 4 pm.
