Source new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships. Build a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, referrals, and networking. Facilitate effective negotiations for both clients and candidates. Effectively negotiate and facilitate the offer process, managing discussions and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
