Product Analyst - Repeats Team
Hybrid in London, United Kingdom
We’re looking for a Product Analyst
We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join our Repeats team, a cross-functional team of product, tech and analytics people, who are responsible for the product and lending strategy for customers that have already taken a loan with us.
The Company
Fast, flexible finance empowers small businesses to manage their cash flow better and seize opportunities - making their business and the economy stronger as a whole. At iwoca, we do just that. We help businesses get the funds they need, when they need it, often within minutes. We’ve already made several billion in funding available to over 100,000 businesses since we launched in 2012, and positioned ourselves as a leading Fintech in Europe.
Our mission is to finance one million businesses. We’ll get there by continuing to make our finance ever more relevant and accessible to more businesses by combining cutting-edge technology, data science and a 5-star customer service.
The team
The Repeats team is responsible for the lending product strategy and digital user experience of our recurring customers. We own all the product decisions that occur after a customer has taken their first funding. This includes the user journey for repeat customers, the eligibility and documents requirements for repeat applications, the offer terms (such as offered amount or pricing), among other things.
The role
As a Product Analyst, you’ll be responsible for optimising the customer journey of our existing customers. You will also lead the development of new products and work closely with the team lead to improve our lending strategy (pricing, offered amount, etc.).
Own our user journey:
* Lead on improving our digital experience, driving customer conversion, retention, and satisfaction.
* Collaborate with designers to refine solutions through mock-ups and testing.
* Deeply understand customer motivations and frustrations through both qualitative and quantitative insights to drive impactful solutions.
Optimise our lending strategy:
* Analyse performance trends to propose enhancements to pricing, lending amounts, and other loan features.
* Partner with the team lead to define and deploy new products and lending features.
* Work with other teams (e.g. credit risk, operations) to secure buy-in for new initiatives.
Drive projects from concept to launch:
* Evaluate opportunities using customer research and data analysis.
* Work with developers to ensure smooth implementation of new features and changes.
* Analyse performance post-launch and share insights with the wider business to guide future improvements.
The requirements
Essential:
* Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge and propose innovative solutions.
* Strong analytical skills, we live and breathe data. Ability to provide insights, and present information (both written, and verbally) that is clear, well-structured, and engaging.
* Team player with a fine balance of confidence, gravitas, humility, and enthusiasm: you will need to work with various teams to get stuff done in a rapidly growing environment.
Bonus:
* Experience working in a top-tier strategy consultancy or a strategic role at a tech or finance company.
* Experience of working with tech, or willingness to develop in this area.
* Experience in creating and optimising customer user journeys.
The salary
We expect to pay from £50,000 - £70,000 for this role. But, we’re open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application. We routinely benchmark salaries against market rates, and run quarterly performance and salary reviews.

* Events and clubs, like bingo, comedy nights, yoga classes, football, etc.
The benefits
