The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious AV Technician to join this dynamic Events and Technology business. They work with high-profile brands offering live streaming services across the UK, Europe and the US. If successful, you’d be joining a team of AV professionals, working alongside them to provide AV support at one or multiple event venues in London, ranging from board meetings to events with up to 200 attendees.

The Role
* Representing the company at multiple event venues in London, providing AV support.
* Setting up, operating and maintaining professional video, lighting and audio equipment.
* Assessing technical and on-site health and safety risks, being on alert for live issues on event days and be primed to react accordingly.
* Providing solutions for any technical challenges that come, and escalating issues when necessary.
* Working with an internal team of Event Producers, Project Managers, Designers, and Video Producers, and coordinate freelance production crew.
* Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and future event schedules.
* Following up and feeding back on internal processes and workflows.
The Person
* 2+ years AV production or broadcast experience.
* Knowledge and experience operating a variety of large and small-scale audio events.
* Proficient in audio equipment; PA systems, wireless microphone systems etc.
* Proficient in video and lighting equipment and knowledge of different video standards.
* Experience in working on live streaming projects.
* Proactive communicator, able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Highly organised, driven to do a great job and learn new skills, and creative and curious.
The Details
* Contract: Permanent full-time contract
* Remuneration: Up to £30,000 + bonus scheme (up to 10%) + excellent benefits
* Office Location: Shoreditch, London
* Working Location: Majority is onsite work in and around central London
