As a Senior Technical Projects Program Director / Strategy and Operations Manager – Data Centre Operations, you will be at the heart of cutting-edge infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across a portfolio of high-performance data centers. You will play a pivotal role in developing scale-able solutions in electrical, mechanical, and control systems, working alongside world-class engineers, facility managers, and programme leaders.

~ Collaboration on a Global Scale: Work closely with cross-functional teams, from local facility engineers to global programme managers, shaping the future of data centre operations.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
~8 years of experience in programme management.
~8 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
~ Experience in a mission-critical environment such as data centres, hospitals, or power plants.
Establish a structured approach to decision-making, prioritisation, and resource management, ensuring optimal deployment of people and technology.
~ Shape Governance & Change Management: Define governance structures that enhance executive decision-making, proactively mitigating risks and dependencies.
