Collaborating with our communities, partners and stakeholders, you will need to integrate our approach to ensure the challenges faced by both rural and urban communities are supported strategically and ensure focus on the needs and opportunities specific to each place. You will also lead the development of our new Joint Local Plan, paving the way for sustainable housing growth, employment, infrastructure and thriving communities over the next 20 years and beyond. You will translate political objectives and priorities into initiatives that create thriving, resilient communities and a sustainable economy while delivering improved life outcomes across our districts.
