Have got a burning desire to work with children and make a positive impact on their development? This is a fantastic opportunity for someone keen to start their career in childcare to earn whilst they learn.
We are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join our friendly team whilst working towards a Diploma in Childcare. The successful candidate will be provided with all the support they need to succeed, working alongside experienced qualified staff to assist and learn.
The onsite training is either at a level 2 or a level 3 entry, depending on the applicant's previous experience, age, and any qualifications they have gained. Each stage is intended to take approximately 12 months, which is the same as at college but with the advantage of earning at the same time. Apprentices have their own regular assessor that visits the setting to support them and observe them, in order to successfully complete their in-house qualification.
The apprenticeship will result in a nationally recognised qualification and could be the first step in a long and rewarding career in childcare.
