To fully discharge the legislative requirements of the Building Safety Acts and associated legislation and guidance. To represent the service in a range of circumstances, always demonstrating the highest standards and initiative to market the service to our customers. To support colleagues in delivering innovations in service delivery whilst maximising opportunities for continuous improvement across the service. About You You will have some experience of working in Building Control and a good understanding of the Building Safety Acts whilst working towards formal qualifications. You will be keen to develop your career in Building Control and have the ability to understand and analyse varied technical information. A team player, you will have the ability to work in a fast paced environment with excellent time management and communication skills.
