HR ADVISOR - INITIAL 4 MONTH - INSIDE IR35
One of Lorien's leading Public Sector Clients is looking for a highly experienced HR Advisor to join their team on an initial 4-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support, advice, and guidance on people-related matters.
* Manage end-to-end case management, specifically of performance and absence cases.
* Advise and manage recruitment processes.
* Compile and present reports and analyze data.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in an HR environment.
* Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Membership of CIPD.
* Experience in Civil or Public Sector HR.
