REGISTERED HOMECARE MANAGER
Deben Willow Care Ltd is looking for an experienced CQC Registered Home Care Manager to join our existing management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of care services, ensuring that all operational and legal requirements are met.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic and progressive Care provider.
Requirements of Post
* Proven track record and ability to ensure successful registration with the Care Quality Commission as a Registered Manager.
* Take a positive lead in managing and maintaining documented accountability for the range of services that facilitate the delivery of the highest standards of homecare.
* Be confident in leading daily operational duties, care management knowledge, planning assessment protocols, and delivering a complete range of social care requirements.
* Maintain a culture of continuous service improvement and safety to ensure professional standards and best practices are embedded throughout the business model.
* Review and maintain continuity by structured oversight, ensuring all health & safety protocols are implemented for the wellbeing of service users.
* Maintain a structure for service-related reviews including scheduled/unscheduled care plan updates for service users.
* Guide and utilize your senior staff team in monitoring each service user’s care delivery, health, and wellbeing needs.
* Maintain good communication channels with relevant healthcare partners and family members for positive outcomes.
* Work with the Business Manager to maintain resources and business income for effective use of budgets, growth, and staffing.
* Be responsible for providing excellent leadership, development of care services, and effective management of care resources.
* Ensure all members of the care team are competent in their roles and maintain knowledge through structured training.
* Embrace and deliver all care to our high standards, working as a team to meet the strategic aims of the business.

Key responsibilities:
* The overall operations of the homecare services.
* Staff team coordination and management.
* Liaising with healthcare partners and professionals.
* Acting as lead in ensuring CQC compliance and adherence to company policies.
* Working alongside the Business Manager and Finance team in managing budgets and overall business performance.
Registered Manager requirements:
* Proven management experience in Health and Social Care with the ability to lead and motivate your senior team.
* Level 5 NVQ or progress towards the qualification.
* Knowledge of existing CQC regulations and ability to maintain an up-to-date skillset in Health and Social Care legislation.
* Ability to work with key stakeholders to strategically plan business stability and continuity.
* Proven track record in business and financial strategy within the private care sector.
* Commitment to achieve an 'Outstanding’ rating within your registration and deliver high-quality person-centred care.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, families, and professionals.
* To maintain high-quality assurance to CQC standards.
* To manage the Care Team and Senior Support Workers.
* To ensure a high-quality care service that meets service users' needs and maintains their dignity and autonomy.
* To be aware of all the Organisation's policies and ensure they are linked to service provision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £42,500.00-£47,750.00 per year
