A well-known, well respected multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy based throughout the UK, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor working from Edinburgh

About the role:
The role will be a hybrid role with visits to Edinburgh based sites and client meetings.
The successful Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working mainly within the Hospitality sector and will be responsible for:
* Cost estimating
* Regular reporting to clients
* Cost control at various stages.
* You will be expected to advise on contracts, professional appointments and all other legal aspects of projects.
The successful Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company should they desire.
About the requirements:
* The successful Quantity Surveyor needs to have strong experience in build sectors
