The EU DSP Management team works with various European countries to optimize our end-to-end relationships with the Delivery Service Providers (DSPs), focusing on providing best-in-class partnerships with our stakeholders across the EU.
We are looking for a Sr. DSP Insights Manager who is ready to roll up their sleeves and help us develop actionable, data-driven insights using various quantitative tools and core project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing our organization’s AWS account, including a data warehouse in Redshift, and administrating IAM settings.
2. Owning reporting for strategic roadmaps by working with business leaders and driving expansion and optimization of new business units in our DSP program.
3. Developing and maintaining performance dashboards with key metrics for review with senior leadership and business teams; synthesizing large quantities of data to help create new initiatives.
4. Onboarding data to our data warehouse by building automated data pipelines utilizing Python in Lambda or Sagemaker to invoke API calls.
5. Using statistical techniques for strategic deep dives; generating actionable insights and effectively communicating recommendations to senior leadership.
6. Inventing new ways to analyze data to identify trends and gaps in the experience and services provided to our delivery service partners.
7. Partnering with data engineers and analysts to build and automate central tools that improve the quality of reporting and analysis.
8. Partnering with global teams to align on reporting needs and maintain data pipelines.
About the Team
Our analytics team (DIAT - DSP Intelligence, Analytics and Tools) aims to:
1. Build and manage a robust data platform to improve data coverage, quality, and availability.
2. Develop tools and automation to improve self-service and reduce manual process risks.
3. Use data rigor to deep dive and generate actionable insights.
4. Maintain usage and quality controllership for all provided reporting.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience programming to extract, transform, and clean large (multi-TB) data sets.
2. Experience in scripting for automation (e.g., Python) and expert SQL skills.
3. Experience in administration of AWS technologies.
4. Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
5. Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs.
6. Experience with information retrieval, data science, machine learning, and data mining.
7. Experience with design of experiments and statistical analysis of results.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership.
2. AWS Cloud Practitioner / AWS Solutions Architect / AWS Data Engineer.
