Provide a professional, efficient and accurate administrative support function. Undertake general clerical duties. The post holder may support either a medical or a non-medical team and will support the team to provide an effective and timely service. Provide excellent customer care which may include communication with distressed and anxious patients and relatives, treating them with tact and empathy. Job responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, diverse administration team. Attention to detail and strong computer skills are essential for this role. Some tasks are time sensitive, so effective time management is crucial. You will be handling various enquiries and must possess excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00
