Mane Energy are looking for E&I Supervisors for exciting long term upcoming project in UK. Position: E&I Supervisor Location: UK Duties: Support the Construction Manager in executing and monitoring all Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) tasks. Ensure that all work is performed safely, following best practices at all times. Oversee the installation and testing of Electrical, Instrumentation, Communications, Telecoms, and Fire & Gas (F&G) systems. Supervise the installation and testing of high-tension (HT), low-tension (LT), medium-voltage (MV), and low-voltage (LV) electrical systems. Oversee instrumentation installation and certification processes. Troubleshoot E&I systems and programs as needed. Ensure compliance with Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and oversee documentation preparation. Coordinate with other building services teams for smooth project execution. Ensure adherence to safety standards and project schedules. Monitor labor productivity to meet budgeted man-hours. Manage foremen, chargehands, and work crews on-site. Ensure materials and installations meet project specifications and quality standards. Conduct regular field inspections to ensure the quality of work. Review method statements and assist crews with preparing Field Level Risk Assessments (FLRAs). Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). Perform system line checks, field instrument checks, certifications, calibrations, functional tests, loop checks, and related testing. Execute system walk-downs, line checks, and punch-list reviews. Troubleshoot and resolve punch-list items to ensure project closure. Participate in pre-commissioning (Pre-com) and commissioning (COM) activities, including system validation. Work closely with other project team members and trades for coordination. Review and interpret drawings and shop drawings for project execution. Manage subcontractors, track progress, and report on the status. Oversee system walk-downs, punch-listing, and closure of any issues. Coordinate with Client and Quality Personnel (QP) representatives to ensure project alignment. Requirements: Strong background in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) trades. 5-10 years of post-qualification experience. Solid understanding of best engineering practices. Proficient in reviewing and interpreting Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID). Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or Pharmaceutical industries. Familiarity with Permit to Work and FastTrack project environments. Physically fit and ready to work in a construction or Oil & Gas site environment. Independent, proactive, and comfortable with field supervision duties. Willingness to work full-time on-site and flexible with extended hours when needed. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
