We're on the lookout for a dynamic Head of HR to join a thriving tech business. Our client is scaling at an impressive rate; theyve grown 4-fold in the past year and are poised for further growth, particularly in the USA. We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead the HR function to deliver the people strategy and support the business as it continues on its growth journey. You will be responsible for creating, developing and delivering the people strategy, which will help ensure the business meets its ambitious growth objectives. Key Areas of Responsibility: Create, develop and deliver the people strategy. Build and lead the global HR function. Support the business growth objectives through resource planning and delivery, skills development and talent pipeline building. Shape and enhance company culture, helping to create and maintain a high-performance culture. Develop a compensation and benefits structure that is creative and competitive. Lead and support the delivery of the usual company lifecycles, such as performance reviews, goals and objective setting, salary review etc. Provide guidance to the senior team to deliver and implement the most effective organization design. Provide HR partnership and guidance to the senior team. Lead on organisation development activity, recommending innovative ways to develop the organization to meet its goals. Ensure employee development and career growth is happening and is appropriate. Drive employee engagement initiatives to ensure maximum and improving levels of engagement. Suggest/develop/implement HR technology that meets business need. Provide robust and insightful HRIS and analytics to the business to shape people policy, decisions and initiatives. Lead on wellbeing and safety, diving good practice and behaviour within all offices. Ensure compliance in all HR/payroll and legal aspects in every country. The ideal candidate will have operated at a senior level, in a fast-growing global SME (preferably Tech) business(es) (ideally with a presence in the US and/ or India). You will be able to apply a strategic mindset whilst equally focusing on tactical and operational issues. Technically-speaking, you possess good knowledge of UK employment law with a reasonable awareness of US and other EMEA law. Exposure to M&A activity would be an advantage.
