Finance Coordinator

* Hours: 20 to 30 hours per week
* Core Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM for full-time equivalent (FTE)

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance Coordinatorto join our team remotely. This part-time role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week, with core hours generally between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM for FTE. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and experience within similar finance roles.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Process accounts receivable and accounts payable.
* Prepare monthly invoicing and support the CFO with financial operations.
* Handle expense processing and ad hoc purchasing.
* Book travel arrangements and reconcile associated payments.
* Preparation of management reports.
* Perform reporting duties for various schemes and government portals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance (preferred).
* Experience with M365, including SharePoint, is preferred but not essential.
* Thorough attention to detail and a self-starter attitude.
* Proven understanding of preparing management reports.
* Understanding of payroll processes is an advantage.
