Ashley Kate are supporting a business in recruiting an experienced HR Advisor.
Key responsibilities include advising on people deployment and development, conducting disciplinary and grievance hearings, and aligning talent management with business objectives.
* Advising managers on employee issues.
* Conducting disciplinary and grievance hearings.
* Aligning talent management and development with business objectives.
* Actively involved with well-being projects.
We are looking for:
* Experience gained in a similar level role with strong experience managing ER cases.
* Extensive experience note taking at disciplinaries and grievances as a HR Coordinator/Officer.
* Ideally CIPD qualified.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Very strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
