JOB TITLE : Workplace Experience - Hybrid Experience Designer
SALARY: £38,295 - £42,550
LOCATION(S): Edinburgh, Bristol, Leeds & Halifax
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN : Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

You will support and lead elements of exciting test & learns across our locations, helping colleagues understand how they work best and how they use the office as a tool to support this. What you'll need
* You have a proven problem solving mindset - testing and implementing new ideas and processes.
* You have experience utilising various research methods such as focus groups.
* You have excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly when dealing with senior leadership.
* You can cut through complexity of processes and drive continuous improvement.
* You have strong storytelling ability through both presentations and content creation.
* You build relationships with those around you quickly - understanding needs and putting others at ease.
* You have an understanding of core design thinking principles.
* You can evidence a culture-first mindset, evidenced through influencing of culture and behaviours in your current role. Helping others focus and understand why they do what they do.
And any experience of these would be really useful
* You have experience developing colleague/customer journeys.
* You can evidence strategic, long-term thinking in an existing/previous role.
* You have an understanding of both the internal and external market when it comes to hybrid working best practice.
* You can produce engaging, and clear communications intended for colleagues.
