Are you fluent in French and looking for a role where you can utilise this daily?
Reporting directly to the Export Customer Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations within our department. Your flexibility will be key as you cover multiple tasks including:
Taking calls from Clients
Answering queries and questions
Placing orders into our database
Assisting in administration and export documentation
Your ability to multitask, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with other departments will be essential to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with Clients providing outstanding support
Manage and input orders efficiently
Assist with administrative tasks and export documentation
Liaise with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction
