ROLE DETAILS
Client Relationship Management: You will work closely with the existing client headquartered in Antwerp. Your role involves nurturing and expanding this client relationship. You will be responsible for understanding the client's needs, ensuring client satisfaction, and exploring opportunities for growth.
Print and POS: You will oversee the delivery of print and point-of-sale (POS) services to the client. This includes ensuring that the services meet professional standards and are delivered to the client's satisfaction.
Supplier Negotiations: You will work with a wide range of suppliers to fulfill the client's needs. This includes negotiating costs and timelines for each project and selecting the most appropriate suppliers based on various factors, such as quality, cost, and capacity.
Teamwork: You will be part of a broader team, and collaboration with your colleagues is essential. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels is a collective effort.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
* Experience in a client facing role is essential
* Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign print and POS is preferred
* Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred
* Previous experience working in print/ print management/ print buying/ marketing print procurement essential
QUALIFICATIONS
* Degree advantageous
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office particularly power point and excel
