The Role
1. Developing yearly meeting strategy, based on the company’s strategic focus.
2. Facilitating all meeting content and agenda.
3. Pull through larger meeting strategy, with the organisation’s goals.
4. Working with brand teams to bring their visons to life for launch meetings.
5. Overseeing the end-to-end process on internal meetings, ensuring the meeting in the accordance with all industry codes.
6. Develop and maintain budget.
7. Implementing best practice.
8. Manage and oversee the onboarding of new employees.
9. Working cross functionally with other groups for effective communication and collaboration.
You
10. You must have 5 years experience within medical events, planning and executing.
11. Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Ability to create and manage budgets.
14. Proactive, problem solver.
15. Ability to motivate and think outside the box.
