Full Time, PermanentOur client supports vulnerable individuals and households.They provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.They now have an opportunity for a Locality Manager to join them to work with the Head of Support Services and the Business Development Manager to develop and grow services in the Cheshire and Merseysideregions.The roleIn this key position, you will contribute to the strategic and operational management of their Services in line with corporate aims and objectives whilst managing the requirements under the regulatory bodiesfor supported housing.You will manage and empower a team of approximately 10 staff, supporting and developing their potential, to ensure they deliver a quality service and achieve KPIsWorking alongside business development and social enterprise, youll maximise income by bidding for new and existing business, diversifying income streams and youll fundraise to support initiatives.Strategic management will also be an important element of this position, and you will participate in the review of policies and procedures as required alongside department leads as well asdeliver training as part of the operational management team across the Association.You will lead on the delivery of the Coproduction involvement and engagement strategy and regulatory requirements such as customer standards within your area and will manage and co-ordinate complaints handling by officers according to the code set out by the regulator and housing ombudsman.The role will cover all properties in the Cheshire and Merseysideareawith expected travel to schemes within your remit on a regular basis.About youThey are looking for a Housing professional withknowledge gained through on the job experience, and you will have attained (or be working towards) a minimum qualification of level 4 in Housing CIH.Youll haveA demonstrated ability to lead multiple Supported accommodation services environments in a managerial capacityKnowledge of person centred support, trauma informed care and psychologically informed environmentsKnowledge and experience of managing service contracts, consortia arrangements and management agreements.Experience of remaining calm under pressure and of defusing difficult situationsThe ability to use IT systems confidently including CRM systems, Apps, and modules like excelGood interpersonal and communication skillsGood organisational and time management skillsDue to the nature of the role, you will need to have a current full driving licence with the ability to travel to sites within your geographical area.Our client offers the following benefits:Competitive Annual Leave (25 days plus 8 Bank Holidays increasing to 30 days plus Bank Hols with service)Up to 2 additional days holiday for 100% attendanceBuy and Sell Holiday SchemeTraining and career advancementDiscounted Goods and servicesPensionAccess to Westfield Health and Westfield Rewards/DiscountsCycle to Work SchemeOccupational Sick PayEnhanced Maternity and Paternity PayAccess to CALM appLife Assurance (4x Basic annual salary from the start of employment)Multidimensional wellbeing programmes and family-friendly policies for staffRefer a friend policyThey are passionate about actively encouraging applicants from all cultures, backgrounds, and identities.
