Park Security Officer - Billing Aquadrome - Northampton, Northamptonshire The Security team at Billing Aquadrome are looking for a Park Security Officer to assist the Security Manager in providing a safe and secure environment for all customers, team members and others who may be affected by our business. Location: Billing Aquadrome, Crow Lane, Little Billing, Northampton NN3 9DA Employment Type: Seasonal – Full Time / Part Time hours available Salary: £12.22 per hour Shift Patterns: Mon – Fri / Weekends / Bank Holidays / Days / Nights About us: Billing Aquadrome is located in the Nene Valley, in the heart of Northamptonshire. About the Role: Key Responsibilities: Being a team player and understanding the value of teamwork Getting to know our guests and appreciating their importance, responding promptly to their needs, while following our guest service policy. Creating a safe environment, by being visible maintaining a positive security presence. Regularly patrolling the park on foot and by vehicle Relaying information promptly, building strong relationships with colleagues and other departments. Responding to alarms Monitoring behaviour and diffusing any situations that could lead to a disturbance Monitoring noise levels and taking appropriate action when required. Assisting the Accommodation and Reception with any late guest arrivals Actioning gas bottle delivery requests when required Maintaining a security log, including recording all incidents Providing site/local information both the team and our guests.
