ABOUT WEST LANCASHIRE COLLEGE West Lancashire College (part of NCG) is a thriving community-based institution located in the heart of Skelmersdale. Home to around 3,500 learners, the college offers a diverse range of vocational qualifications, T Levels, and adult courses. THE ROLE As a visionary leader, you will ensure that the college's goals align with the NCG Strategy, delivering our mission and ensuring the college curriculum meets the needs of industry, students, and the community. You will create an inclusive and collaborative environment while empowering colleagues to excel. In addition, you will serve as an advocate for the college across the region and within NCG. You will actively seek new business opportunities and foster an entrepreneurial spirit within the college. Championing teaching excellence, you will ensure our programmes meet skills needs and maintain high standards through effective quality assurance. Senior-level strategic leadership and management experience are essential, along with extensive knowledge and experience in the sector.
